Used the Woodland Park branch to open our business account recently, and I can’t say enough great things about this bank! Beautiful lobby, great location, and Kaitie made the entire process fast, easy, and painless. She went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were taken care of.
I went to withdraw from the ATM and it took the money from my account (not with this bank) but gave me no cash. This is the 2nd time this happened, but supposedly it was fixed… So I went inside to let them know and they said I should get the money back in a few days. I explained that I need the money now, not whenever they get around to it. The manager, I think his name is Warren, looks me right in the eyes, shrugs, and says “Okay.” Like he could not possibly care less. KATIE AND NATHEN ARE THE BEST
So not happy with this branch of business. Closed when they are supposed to be open. Website is inaccurate. I have had nothing but problems with this bank. I get a new card every month because it gets skimmed. My cardgetsshut off more than I can use it etc.
