I came in to the Grand Junction branch on a Friday, with limited time and three different accounts to set up. Jim graciously started the process, and continued to work through it, even after I left to go to other appointments. He called me later with the good news that I could stop by and sign the documents at my convenience. Truly above and beyond! When I came back, Amber not only remembered my name but also how to spell it! Thanks for a great experience!
