Poor parking. Even poorer attitude
I was so upset when Peoples closed or switched to Community. I'd been banking there for over 20 years!! Community associates are far much more kind and helpful! Having my identity stolen and my bank account being the thieves top priority put me in constant terror and fear. The manager at the Tejon location SAVED my $ and my sanity! I was a wreck until she reached out to and proceeded to help. She quickly made it so they could no longer access my account and, because of her, I got back what they tried to get away with and end... read more
Lauren on tejon St downtown was the most helpful, genuinely a great assist to the company and reminded me why I love this bank! She needs a raise!
