Hillcrest, and specifically Desmond Fourie, have been incredible to work with through our PPP process. I originally tried to do my PPP loan through a different bank and they were unhelpful and took too long to create an application. I switched to Hillcrest and they made the process incredibly easy. I've had a bad experience with this bank. The online platform is a mess. I make payments to my loan and the balance is always incorrect. I have had late fees and added interest when I make my payments early. Just recently I had my last payment reversed with no explanation. I contact my account manager and she has no idea why its happening and is not getting the help she needs.
