Really liked the experience of opening an account. DocuSign makes it so simple and they walked us through the process. We are a non profit and needed multiple officers on the account. Other banks made us show up in person, this bank walked us through the process and made it trouble free. Johnny and James make things happen.

Community Bank of the Bay is a great bank. They take the “Community Bank” concept to heart. James, Johnny and the rest of the staff are always welcoming and willing to take the time to provide advice and walk you through options. One of the best things is that you can pop in and out quickly because they have enough staff that you never have to wait in line and there is ample parking right next to the front door.
