I also came over from Community Bank, which was great. Byline has been such a huge disappointment. They have a lot of turnover and none of the bankers there actually know me. At least twice they have put me into account products that were not the best for me and never checked in about how these were working out. As a result, I lost more in fees than I earned in interest. Nice in person but poor on business banking. Online help only available Mon-Fri. Does anybody only get work done 9-5?? Online payment system not good. Do my personal banking at Chase--much better online operations.
Monday 04/27/2026 to be exact 9:11 am !!! The woman was RUDE and not helpful to me. She wasn’t welcoming she definitely could use customer sensitivity training. Been banking here for years but that shouldn’t matter…..
