Did not flag and block $1200 unauthorized charge. Bank will not make it right.
If I could give zero stars after just what happened I would. An unauthorized amount of $1200 taken out of my account. They put the money back then did not notify me there was a dispute. Said they mailed me a letter and I never got it. They retook the money out. The company pointing fingers at the bank and the bank pointing fingers at them. I did notify them within 24 hours of this pending charge. They failed to flag it with fraud. Do not bank here if you want your money protected!! Extremely nice people make you feel warm and welcome Angela is a very kind and friendly lady love when she helps with my needs and goes above and beyond to be helpful and take care of your needs and explains everything so you understand you can easily tell that she cares about the customers. I live 30 miles one way from the bank and travel from a town that has 4 banks but none of them compare to the community Bank of Missouri in Richmond
