Honestly considering changing banks . I tried ordering something off Walmart & this bank locked my card . Never contacted me that it was locked for possible fraud . Apparently they’re having issues where there’s a lot of fraud with Walmart , but now this close to Christmas I’m without being able to use my debit card . I got told there’s over 600 people whose cards are locked over this, and only 25 people who work in that department so they have no clue when my card will be unlocked . This it’s disgusting .
They dont answer the phone. They randomly blocked my online account and when i called to reset the pw, they had a random phone number on file. Called to get it changed but again no one answers the phone. Waste of time
They never answer the phone and their customer care Service Center is a joke
