The bank took money out of my childrens savings account with a fee for being dormant. No previous warning was given prior to this. On the phone and while at the branch I was told just to make a deposit or withdraw and the childen would be refunded their savings money. Than I was told by the teller, since the money was gone the children would not receive a refund. Why did the branch manager inform me of being refunded the money,on the phone and in person, just to have the teller talk her into not refunding the money at all. C... read more
