I have had extremely poor experience with this banking institution. There are individuals in the branches who are quite good, but the bank overall seems to be built on poor software infrastructure which doesn't allow the branches to make simple account changes such as change of address or add/remove account holder. Additionally, if you make the change at one branch, the others cannot see the change. Recently I had an annuity fund attempt a large deposit, but the bank rejected it without an explanation to me.
