I have a business account with them that does not work. The routing number and account number isn't recognized when I try to add the account to any other account as a transfer account. The last check I tried bounced as well, despite having enough balance in the account.
Worst bank ever! Card never works. Cash deposits take days to process. They shut your account down often due to imaginary fraud issues. I applied for a Home Equity loan for my home that I own outright. It was for only 20 percent of it's value and my credit score was 680. I was denied. Rocket Mortgage gave me 5 times that in 30 days.
Very rude customers hogging the atm with attitude
I have a fixed-rate mortgage with them and my balance goes up despite never missing a payment and making extra principle-only payments. Something weird is going on and I'm going to pay it off asap. Also if you have to use another bank's ATM because theirs is broken, expect to pay an extra $6 on top of what the other bank charges. And no. They won't refund it.
