Went in because I used my mother's card to order through AutoZone and AutoZone said that it might have been charged twice and to go check so that way I can get a refund. So I went to the bank and asked the lady at the front desk if she can just tell me if my mother's card got charged twice and I had my mother on the phone to verify if needed, I just want to know if it got charged twice and then the woman said that my mother would have to call through the bank line to verify, even though I have her on the phone which is ridic... read more

We just moved our kids to Plattsburgh from across the country for school today, Saturday. We needed quarters for the laundry in their apartment. We went into the bank but were told they wouldn’t accommodate us because we were customers. We hadn’t even had time to open an account but you can bet we will use another local bank.
