never open anymore, used to have the best hours of any bank around. online bank is only open until 7:30, down for maintenance a lot and laggy transactions make keeping track of your accounts difficult because everything gets clustered together. also overdraft protection used to decline my card if funds weren't available but now lets them go through as i incur a 32$ fee with no one to help me with the situation because no representatives are avalible after the banks close (4:00). does no stars count as a review because thats all i can give it.Very unprofessional. been waiting 5 months for mortgage from this place .No one knows anything ...they cant answer questions, they never call or return phone calls to let you know what's going on,they don't turn in paperwork on time and by that i mean like 2-3 weeks late, they give you a time frame that is not accurate ..they told me 2 weeks for commitment letter and thats been over 8 1/2 weeks ago and still counting..this place should just keep it simple like c... read more
