Was getting a hometown buy and they made this the most difficult process for a new home buyer. Do not use them for buying a home they will try everything to not get you into a home. Might as well have used a mortgage broker.

So far I’ve been pretty satisfied with the service and perks after I opened up a new accounts with them. Only complaint? ATMs are kind of outdated, cash takes a few days to clear when deposited into account rather then instantly like other institutions ATMs.
If I could give them zero Stars I would! Not everybody has tons of money. These people think it's okay to send debit cards to the wrong place and refuse to be any help. Twenty five days later I still have no debit card and no idea when I will have one. If customers knew they can't access their money for at least a month I feel they would not open the account in the first place. Thieves that only care if you make over 100k a year.
