If I could give them zero Stars I would! Not everybody has tons of money. These people think it's okay to send debit cards to the wrong place and refuse to be any help. Twenty five days later I still have no debit card and no idea when I will have one. If customers knew they can't access their money for at least a month I feel they would not open the account in the first place. Thieves that only care if you make over 100k a year.
I like having a drive up window close to building. Prefer it much more than a tube.
Joe Annorino, Branch Manager, was very helpful when I opened up a new checking account out of an abundance of caution due to identity theft. He helped explain the checking products, figure out what worked best for me, and then made sure my autopay was set up properly to come out of the new account. All in all, during a stressful and uncertain time, he was supportive and quick to assist me. I've always had pleasant experiences at this branch. Thank you Joe and staff!
