Easily the worst bank I’ve ever used. Would recommend just going with a chain bank like Wells Fargo or regions. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for 20+ years and never had any of the problems I had with them in the first few weeks.
I needed to make a withdrawal from my account and wasn’t able to at the I-65 service road location but the branch Manager Jamie called the Airport location for me and they stayed open so that I could! Great customer service!
