Great customer service. Assistant branch manager was very helpful.
This Was great branch when it was Community bank. I have had the same bank account for over 20 years, never had problems. now I am choosing to leave because STCU is not run efficiently. I can pay all my bills on a Monday and I’m lucky if they pull from my account within seven days. Statements and balances do not add up and my debit card does not work multiple places in town. Community Bank is a small town service and excellent. Staff is really nice and helpful in any circumstance. Moved into town and opened an account right away (it's the closest bank to my house). I've had an account with them for almost 5 years. I'm not leaving
