If i could give a negative star ot would be -3000 stars. First off both their app, and phone system is worthless. I have call them about every two weeks in order for them to reset my app in order chamge my password. You cant just click forgot password. If you do you have to enter their long as set of numbers in order to reset it and you get that hamd written on a tiny piece of paper and it gets lost overtime. I love this bank. They still have the true ‘community’ feel and are always so helpful and friendly. It’s nice to do business where they know your name and face.
I've been with this bank, along with my husband and youngest son, for about 21 years and I couldn't be happier.
