I had a frustrating experience at this shop. I took my vehicle for an oil change and to address a check engine light. They replaced a sensor or pump, but the part was faulty (not their fault), and they failed to tighten the drain plug properly, causing an oil leak. I had to get it fixed at another shop since I sold the car, and the buyer didn’t trust returning here.
