great service and knowledge Service during and after the sale excellent! My car was not running very well at all and I had it towed in to them. They not only found out what was wrong with it after other's could not but they also found other items that I needed to repaari as well. Thank you! I will be back again and again and I will tell everyone else I know.
Excellent service I went to community auto without my husband's approval. He was used to going to another place and I was tired of being treated like a "woman' there so I started shopping around. One of my girlfriends from work referred me to them and I am glad she did. They treated me like an equal and actually spent time talking to me not at me. The time they spent with me was was well spent. They told me what my car needed as well as preventative items I would be needing soon and they let me decide what I could do. I didn... read more
Shocked! Was kind of put off at the fact that they charged a fee for diagnostics. After they explained all of the steps in the process to find out what is wrong with a vehicle I completely understood why they charge what they do. I am completely convinced that the equipment they use saves time in the long run and is worth the money to pay for up front. They figured out what was wrong with my car and had it fixed the same day! Thank you so much for taking the time to explain it to me.
