After having a horrible issue with another shop, it was refreshing to deal with Community Auto. Knowledge and capable mechanics are hard to find these days. The office staff was amazing as well. I'll never go anywhere else. And the best part, they were fairly priced. If you haven't been there, give them a chance. You won't be disappointed.
Got safety inspection done with very polite and nice service on Wednesday to my manual stick shift vehicle without any wait.
Got referred to this repair shop and boy am I so happy I did! They said they were booked until 6/11 when I called a week before June. They said in between cancelations they would look at it. They gave me clear answers on my estimate and how the repair would work. I felt like I had the best car and they took great care of my baby! Great automotive repair shop with fantastic customer service. I received timely updates about my vehicle and it was repaired quickly and efficiently. Upon paying I realized I was short fifty bucks, and Dave was kind enough to waive the leftover cost. His quality of business and courtesy is unmatched anywhere in Havelock. I'll be recommending this establishment to friends and fellow Marines all around Cherry Point.
