Disappointed with Recent Service - Former Loyal Customer I’ve been bringing my 2016 Volkswagen Jetta to Community Auto Care for the past 2-3 years and service used to be reliable. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been very disappointing. Last week, I drove from Charlotte to Atlanta specifically to have my AC fixed AND to get engine diagnostics done for warning lights. I know David from past 10 years or so and take my cars to him. Recently took my Prius with Brake+Traction light and ABS on. He quickly diagnosed and suggested to take it to the dealership as they should cover this in Warranty, which they did. He did not charge anything for the diagnosis. He really goes out of the way to help with the car repairs. I would recommend this place for 'any' auto repairs. Thank you David.
Absolutely amazing service I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with no one else. Alex and David are amazing. Great prices, trustworthy, and dependable. I drive almost an hour to make sure I receive the best service and I get it every time.
I highly recommend this shop, david is great to work with. Quality work at a fair price. He made it easy to communicate and they had my service done quickly. I really appreciate their work and will definitely be coming back in the future.
