Disappointed with Recent Service - I’ve been bringing my 2016 Volkswagen Jetta to Community Auto Care for the past 2-3 years and service used to be reliable. My AC went out in 17 silverado. The shop i normally use doesnt do the new freon. Community Auto was suggested to me and ill prob be with them from here on out. Reviews said could take weeks. They got me in 2 days after I called, said they'd have it fixed that day, apologized a couple times for the cost of the freon (i knew the new stuff was high), no up charges on the parts they used, even worked a couple minutes late to make sure they had it to me same day as promised.
