I’ve been bringing my vehicle to Community Auto for over eight years, but unfortunately, my most recent experience did not reflect the quality and trust I once valued. I had to bring my vehicle in three separate times, and none of those visits resolved the issue. I brought my car here before and had a fine experience, so when we needed a wheel alignment, we called both this shop and Big O. The price quoted was about $150 at both places, so we decided to come back here to support local. When we arrived, they told us there would be a $105 inspection fee to confirm whether the alignment was actually needed, but that this fee would be applied toward the alignment if we went ahead with the service. We have used community auto a number of times and they are ALWAYS honest and very fairly priced. I would highly recommend them to everyone. It’s so refreshing to be able to take my vehicle in and not feel like I’m getting taken advantage of.
