This organization is behind every law and ordinance that curtails the rights of unit owners in condominium associations. The entire property management industry is a massive fraud. As a property owner who has owned several condos in the past as my primary residence, the only problems I have encountered have been in associations that are “professionally managed.” When CAI members aren’t stealing from their clients directly, they lobby to enact laws that disenfranchise homeowners and curtail property rights.
