Money is the only motivator. People who pay for these designations, do not follow CAI protocols noted on their website, as they are to be reprimanded if they do not comply. Board of Directors overlook their own rules. It’s only about the money. Alphabet soup behind their names, is just that.
A request for info was made concerning the ratio of members who lived in condos verses living in single family homes. I was referred to my state chapter which was unacceptable since data would have been for one state only. I contacted the CAI statistics department and was told they don't keep data to compile statistics and I asked why they call this department Statistics and got no reply. My guess is maybe CAI members are mostly condos owners.
