Horrible service! Collects dues and never heard from again. $18,000 for landscaping? Our grass is 3 feet tall over here.
As a contractor, it’s not often that I find myself writing reviews for property management/managers. Jillian changed that today. She completely embodies the term “professionalism” and shows it by wanting things done right the first time versus opting for “band-aid” fixes. Please avoid CAMKC at all cost. Like many others here, constant communication issues. I am not sure about other managers since Liz Sterdy was the one we communicate to. I submitted a service request to fix a street light and nothing has been done, and yes, that was more than 6 months ago. They are known for not responding to emails and calls, and service requests. Many in my community talked about tons of emails and calls not getting answered, go figure.
Our property manager Liz Stecklein has been an outstanding manager for Longview Farms for over 10 years. Liz works well with our HOA board, homeowners and all of our contractors that maintain our neighborhood amenities! Highly recommend!
