No communication. None. Phone number goes immediately to voice mail without every generating a return phone call. This company might be great for the HOA board, but as a member of an HOA, it is a complete frustrating nightmare. If your HOA decides to hire this company, you are in for a difficult time should you need ANYTHING from the HOA.
