As a contractor, it’s not often that I find myself writing reviews for property management/managers. Jillian changed that today. Please avoid CAMKC at all cost. Like many others here, constant communication issues. I am not sure about other managers since Liz Sterdy was the one we communicate to. I submitted a service request to fix a street light and nothing has been done, and yes, that was more than 6 months ago. They are known for not responding to emails and calls, and service requests. Many in my community talked about tons of emails and calls not getting answered, go figure.
