Nasty salesman The salesman was nasty Rodney, and mean, after paying 1/2 down on 4 appliances there was No communication. We wanted to change our appliances being we had several months to remodeling. Wound up with one appliance not one we ordered it was installed we are stuck . There are many appliance stores and in today's economy the retailer should have been respectful and listened to consumer.
Very impressed Very impressed, I went into this store last week after shopping all day delt with Kirk, very good salesman. I hate shopping he made it easy, delivered 3 days later my whole kitchen and washer and dryer. After they installed all of them the dryer didn't work, the driver called the store, they pulled it out and brought it back the same day. Thanks again Kirk
Very good price and selection I just purchased from Community my whole Kitchen and 3 flat screen Tv`s. They did a great job on the install, very neat and easy to deal with. They were on time, very courteous it still a nice feeling you can deal with the small guys, and get service and pricing. thanks pam .b

Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't go to Community Appliance,They are a ripoff.They take your money and won't deliver.I had a bunch of appliances I ordered,most came badly damaged.They act like it's your fault,and they are bothered if you call to complain!!!!! I bet the good reviews are made up from friends or family.I wish I asked around first before dealing with them.Big mistake!!!!

Unacceptable Customer Service/Damaged Merchandise I ordered 3 appliances, 2 came damaged. Store's comment was that it wasn't their fault. Salesman wouldn't take my calls afted sale was made. Store refused to acccomidate my request for delivery time after making me wait a month for standard appliances. Once they have your $ they don't want anything to do with you. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
Snakes -- a must to avoid I'll never step foot in Community Appliance again. I dealt with a guy named J.R., who was helpful, but a bit of a smart-ass. He sold me an outdoor stainless steel grill that the burners rusted out in one year -- the grill was recalled by manufacturer and Community Appliance didn't want to replace it our help out with a repair. It cost me hundreds. J.R. would never return my calls.
