I really enjoyed the staff, they are so kind, I did wait over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. The prices are higher than I'm used to.
These ladies clearly care about the animals they treat. I trust them with the care of our fur family. That being said, the vet cornered my husband with an inappropriate conversation while our dog was drugged and waiting to be ready for a procedure. he could not leave. he expressed multiple times that he did not agree with what was being said and he would like to not continue to have the conversation. I have an appointment. And that what appointment supposed to mean if you want your client to wait that long should just call it walks-in. it takes so long for us to be seen. We been here multiple times but every time we have to wait like hour before they took us in. But it wait kills me every time. It took forever.
