I have an appointment. And that what appointment supposed to mean if you want your client to wait that long should just call it walks-in. it takes so long for us to be seen. We been here multiple times but every time we have to wait like hour before they took us in. But it wait kills me every time. It took forever. I would have give it 5 stars, but it takes so long for us to be seen. We been here multiple times but every time we have to wait like 45 mins before they took us in. Doctor is very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. But it wait kills me every time. It took forever.

My family has had 3 consecutive incredibly disappointing experiences at this clinic. Despite having an appointment, each time we had to wait an hour or more before being seen. The veterinarian was dismissive and uninterested in addressing concerns about our experience. More than once we had to request documents be sent to our insurance company because they kept forgetting.
