I absolutely LOVE my new Doc Dr.Jodie Shipley ! She's super easy to open up with and has an extreme calming affect on me. My new meds are actually working for once. I am glad I discovered Community Psychiatry and will refer anyone i hear going through mental health issues.
I was referred here, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Total chaos from the start. They accept my insurance but didn’t have it sorted when I arrived — left sitting over an hour. Messaging was supposed to be the best way to reach them. What a joke. I sent multiple messages about my medication — no reply. Weeks went by. Called the office — turns out my doctor was on vacation with zero notice, and the backup doctor ignored me too. Front desk staff was just as bad.
