I had an absolutely flawless and very delicate experience today, I’ve been very anxious about going through an iud process as my last experience was absolutely traumatizing with a separate company but Dr. Henriquez and his team were so incredibly gentle, supportive, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Henriquez (and the entire team) is phenomenal, I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking reproductive healthcare. I was allowed to bring a friend, which made the appointment comfortable and less "clinical", although they already do a really good job of creating that experience if you go alone:). 100% would go back.
Amazing experience here getting my first IUD. I was very scared and nervous which Dr. Boris validated as well as reassured me that it would be okay. He went at a pace that made me very comfortable and explained what was happening constantly checking in to see if I needed a break or had any questions. The front desk ladies were also very kind and helpful during the check in process.
