I had a really horrible experience getting my IUD removed and replaced. I was in so much pain that I was screaming, crying, shaking, and my teeth were chattering. I couldn’t stop moving because of how much pain I was in, and Dr. Henriquez just seemed annoyed that it was taking so long. Absolutely no understanding or accommodation for immigrants who may have a language barrier. English is not my first language, and when it comes to medical procedures, I want to make sure I understand everything correctly. Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment to discuss my IUD replacement and which type and size would be appropriate for me. I came to the clinic expecting to speak with the doctor, but I was told that the consultation would only be over the phone. I honestly don’t understand how something like the appropriate IUD size can be properly assessed over the phone. Are we going to replace it over the phone too? The inly thing that I can say is amazing, they are great. Before I had so bad iud inserting experience, I was so scared but I can’t believe how smooth and kind they did it for me in community and choice. I want to thank them all
