If you’re looking for a reproductive health clinic this is the one. Kind, patient, understanding, knowledgeable. All words I would use to describe everyone here. It’s a level of care that is really hard to find, especially when dealing with women’s reproductive health. I’ve never felt more comfortable with a doctor and the atmosphere here was phenomenal. This is a quality of care that is rare to find. Updating my review due to a negative experience here unfortunately.
One of the best reproductive health clinics I have visited. Dr Boris and the nurses (Lola and the trainee nurse) were so wonderful, helpful and very respectful. They were knowledgeable ,very supportive and understood every layer and aspect of what a patient must be feeling. Highly recommended!!
They were amazing and so compassionate, getting my iud replaced, with the pain relief, it made such a difference. 10/10 recommend coming here to get care.
Pretty upsetting when I’m already nervous for my first IUD removal, and I drive 35 mins there; arriving on my GPS at 217 (appointment for 215) trying to figure out where to park. By the time I parked and walked in to the clinic I was only 5 minutes late (knowing there is a 10 minute grace period) but there was no one’s at the desk to check in with. I got my iud inserted and didn’t feel a thing! 10/10! Staff was so kind and welcoming!
