Took them 27 minutes to arrive. It was obvious that the patient had a head injury by the hole in the wall that he hit but they would not transport him as the patient said he didn't want to go to the ER due to the long wait. When I asked the staff if they checked his eyes the comment was that is not how we check anymore ma'am. I convinced the patient to go to the ER after arguing with the paramedics for 45 minutes.
