Horrible. I did not have a choice in provider when faced with having to call 911 because my toddler son had a seizure for the first time. Billed at the highest service possible although all they did was monitor his heart rate on the short 12 min. ride to the ED. Terrible service, would give 0 stars if allowed.
Never use under any circumstances. The billing and charges are a nightmare.
I used the EMT service on Saturday afternoon. Both men were kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was treated in the ambulance before we even started moving. They knew their job, and made me feel safe and comfortable. Cheers to you!
Service. Ok. Paramedics, knowledgeable. Billing…. Unreasonable!!! My insurance can not even negotiate an acceptable amount. I’m left now with debit collectors and is putting me in a financial bind. Call a different ambulance service! They don’t care about your well being just getting paid.
Very professional organization. The provided excellent care and Dorothy in the billing office even helped us navigate the insurance process to they got paid for their service and the insurance company paid what they are supposed to not just low balling them and me getting stuck with the balance. Much better experience than I have heard about with other ambulance companies in the area!
