We switched from Optum to this provider because I could not imagine worse patent service. I was wrong. I can never reach anyone by phone, the call backs take a long time if they happen. Usually I am not available to talk the call back, so I have to call and leave another message, kind of an endlessly irritating game of tag. As a Provider that prescribes to patients I had the worst experience with this pharmacy at 7150 Arbor Street Omaha, Nebraska 68106 location, spoke to pharmacist Megan on 03/05/2025 at 04:53 pm and she literally hung up on me 4 times! refusing to complete basic routine refill for 4 of my patients. I never witnessed such unprofessional, incompetent, rude lack of care for patients whose lives and outcomes depend on this medication.
