Receptionist suck, wont answer the phone, wont return voicmails, God forbid you need an emergency removal you better show up in person because nobody can answer a phone. Terrible customer service all around. There saving grace is there dental hygienist and dentists.
false claims, they do not take new patients even as an emergency and in severe pain. the receptionist is very rude and dismissive.
Only a one star because i couldn't leave 0. My son broke a tooth and tthey said it was an emergency but that we had to call back next week. What the hell does EMERGENCY mean? Uh maybe we should fix it immediately! This place is a sad pathetic excuse for a business.
