Terrible communication. They hardly ever answer or call back.

Notice the one positive review is from 5 years ago. I have never left a negative review for anything, but in this case I feel I have to. Dr. Pimentel is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I just saw her at the end of July and out of 5 prescriptions she got 2 wrong. I called and I asked HEB to fax them, no response. The fact is she doesn't care. Her staff is pretty bad too .
