Kamat has been zero help I have chronic pain in back, joints, fingers, hands, arms just everywhere and her only answer is walk and lose weight. Walking makes the pain a million times worse, I have always been overweight even when I basically starved myself and I use to be very healthy no matter the size i was. She assumes i eat alot but i eat 1 - 2 meals a day and not big huge plates as she once commented. Before the excruciating back pain that keeps me inactive I use to walk all over town.
