I’m extremely disappointed with Community Access Unlimited, which supposedly supports individuals with disabilities, yet manages the 16-20 Jacques Street condo terribly. The board is never responsive, and they raise HOA fees without any visible improvement to our quality of life. Communicating with them is a nightmare—no one responds to questions or concerns, and it seems like staff are always on vacation or just leaving, providing little to no consistency.
