Tried to have my prescriptions refilled here since it's closer to home. My order was cancelled without notice, and one that had to be renewed by my provider has been completely removed from the system even though my doctor renewed it.
I made arrangements on Wednesday to have men's shipped on Thursday only to be sent a notice to pick up at store. I called again and made arrangements to have men's delivered on Friday. On Friday I received a notification that meds will be delivered on Monday. Why all the lies?
I am glad to see many positive reviews for this “Community Walgreens” at San Mateo and Lomas. My several experiences at the Community Walgreens have not been very positive at all. It is situated in what is easily one of Albuquerque’s worst ‘parking lots’. Years ago, I stopped using the UPS Store two doors down, simply because of the very hard to manage unsafe parking lot. Okay so I wasn’t going to write this review because I try not to take time out of my life just to complain…but after trying to refill my prescriptions again this month…I’ve decided that someone needs to know that Nick is a danger to his customers and a liability for the company. I'm telling whoever will listen, I've never had a pharmacy go above and beyond helping me track down my medication. Had some problems with my mail delivery which was FEDEX'S fault and the gals at community Walgreens were so helpful and helped address my problem. I've never had a bad experience here. My personal experience has always been great and I've been coming here for years.
