I want to share my experience at your branch because I was extremely disappointed by the customer service I received. When I walked into the bank, I said, "Hello, I'm here to open an account." Kameron did not greet or welcome me. Instead, the first thing he said was that I had just missed the person who opens accounts because she had gone to lunch (Keep in mind this was around 2:30-3:10p) He then suggested that I open an account online. I have accounts that draw out of my account there to auto pay and when they changed over to Harborstone they never changed my draws that automatically come out so it bounced withdraws. I go way back over 30 years and will start taking my $$$$$$ out and bank else where nearer my home. and just use Harborstone for checking.

Security guard had me come unlock his car (im a locksmith) and he was supposed to cashapp me the money after his boss sent it to him. I haven't gotten paid after many attempts to contact him.
