I have been with this credit union since I got my very first and only bank account. My opinion is that this is truly a place for people who are well-off and never face any financial struggles.I don't usually leave reviews, especially not negative ones, but after so many years of dealing with issue after issue, I have to warn others about the predatory practices of this establishment. Unfriendly staff. Bank manager wouldn't notarized a legal document because she didn't feel like doing it. I would definitely take your business elsewhere!
Thank you Community 1st! I have been with my previous financial institution for 11 years. Started and completed the transfer without any hitches. The staff (Lynn and crew) welcomed me, with a very professional and knowledgeable attitude. I’m very comfortable with my decision, now that I’ve swapped institutes.
Avoid this credit union, one of their teller is rude and mean... customer service is very poor
