Terrible all around, they suck at even keeping records. My cardiologist called for some records and they said they didn’t even have knowledge of a test THAT THEY ORDERED!!
This "Healthcare Provider" does not return calls despite leaving messages. Speaking to the call center is always discouraging, as those ladies are very rude and dismissive. Not a place to receive proper care when sick. Poor service all around.
I love the entire staff at this location! Everyone there is professional, proficient, and helpful. Johnny is the best at what he does!! His knowledge is astounding and his willingness to help and genuine care/concern is commendable. I highly recommend him. I guarantee you won’t find better!!
