A great company. They help our small non-profit so much that Zac has become part of our little family.
As an ex employee, just beware. If you’re not Jen or Joel (teachers pets) then they will underpay you and treat you like garbage. When they hire you, they promise you the world but do not fulfill any promises. The only thing that matters to Jeff and Sonya is billable hours, and Jeff likes to get creepy drunk on work trips and tries to get the techs in the hot tub at the hotel B won’t say it because he still works there, but he knows what I’m talking about.
While CTI couldn't help us with our phone issue, Paxton took the time to call me with a couple phone numbers for another service providers and one of them was able to help us!
