The representative James Edge is very unprofessional. I do not appreciate his harassments made toward me in my home. I am definitely filing a report on him bc he kept flirting with me. when i turned down his advances, he became very rude and disrespectful calling me out of my name. I can't explain frustrations enough about this company. They have had my devices for over a month and finally when I called to find out Jackie was rude. Customer Service is obviously not taught and my business is not important enough.
