Whoever says CEC is like IES is entitled, and ignorant. I worked for IES. They're literally the worst place to work. CEC is a family company. In fact, the only place I was willing to go after closing my business was CEC. They treat people with respect. Their smaller size makes you feel like an important member of the family. place is a joke. They’re more like IES. Which is a Joke of a place too. They have no integrity, a spine, or no word worth holding. Supposedly it’s a family run Business. There’s nothing family about it. They sit on a throne of lies. Also don’t work through Tek system cause they’re just as garbage.
