This company won the bid to install our Avaya phone system for over 1,000 users. However, about three-quarters of the way through the project, CEC decided to discontinue their phone division and laid off the staff responsible for it. This left us in a difficult situation. This was my first experience with CEC and will be my last. The time it took for CEC to diagnose the issue was ridiculous. There was very poor communication. I had to call them and ask if they were coming back to finish the job when I had not heard from them for over two weeks. They were very argumentative/rude when there was a problem that led to a short delay with our payment.
