This was my first experience with CEC and will be my last. The time it took for CEC to diagnose the issue was ridiculous. There was very poor communication. I had to call them and ask if they were coming back to finish the job when I had not heard from them for over two weeks. They were very argumentative/rude when there was a problem that led to a short delay with our payment.
