This company is the WORST! We were working with Scott, the VP, and he made things worse for us. He had a nasty attitude once the contract was signed. He changed our access so we couldn't go into our system and make a simple change on our own. Then, he couldn't fix our issues within a reasonable time, if at all. Sometimes we ended up troubleshooting our own issue and fixing on our end. Eventually, he turned us over to Tim C. I have nothing negative to say about Tim. He helped us the best he could.
