I had never reviewed a place and I have lived in this country for 10 years. But I felt so bad and I saw my son feel so bad that I couldn't stop writing this and letting other parents know about it. The therapists are good, but BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE ADMINISTRATION SINCE THEY ARE VERY DISORGANIZED AND THE WORST IN HUMAN QUALITY that I have known in all these years in this country.Read pictures attached...
This establishment released my son from therapy when he still needed it. I got my son evaluated by a certified school Phycologist and they advised my son in fact still needs the therapy. I called today to ask why my son was released and they told me the new owners don't except my insurance. This makes me think they released my son for that reason. This place is extremely shady and I will be filling a complaint to have them audited and investigated for nefarious activities.
I have been bringing my son to these therapies for the past 4 years, and the progress has been tremendous. The place is clean and calm, and Sandra is at the front desk. I always get the right help whenever I need to make changes.
My son has been seeing Jessie for ST for almost 2 years now & she is the absolute BEST! Hes made so much progress and adores her. I highly recommend Kids spot and if your searching for an ST Jessie is definitely a 10/10
