My son has been seeing Jessie for ST for almost 2 years now & she is the absolute BEST! Hes made so much progress and adores her. I highly recommend Kids spot and if your searching for an ST Jessie is definitely a 10/10
Did evaluation getting the. To properly authorize the ins was hassle I had to stay on top of the. They would not it was lmaost as I did there job. Then after evaluation I never heard back from them on when he will need to continue his therapy they charged INS for eval and I never heard back.
I haven’t even been able to get my daughter in for her sensory screening. The office staff is so unhelpful. I called to make an appt and I’m immediately told that someone will call me back to schedule an appt. No one calls. I call back a few days later and beg to schedule the appt. Soonest available was over a month away. I set up the appt and 2 weeks later I get a text with a changed appt time b/c the therapist won’t be in the office at my scheduled appt time. No one ever answers the phone and all information for my child was submitted and two weeks have gone by and no response. I leave voicemails and they never return calls.
Worst place ever !! They have the worst staff ever nonethical!! They are not knowledgable about speech therapy!!
