This location I have to say is one of the only places I trust for any doctor office. The front desk receptionist Ariel will welcome you in the office and get you checked in. She’ll also answer any questions you have and clarify on things the best she can. Provider Carolina is the best!
We’ve been to this office many times. Ariel is kind and attentive, she is ready to help and finds solutions for patients. The other front desk, I guess Juliet, was short and while she tries to help, she answers with passive aggressive responses when she’s stressed, which is often. Ariel tried to find us a solution and Juliet just ignored her and Juliet was in a hurry to turn us away, as if she didn’t have time for us. So we left without medical care.
