I saw Dr Merchant and he is a 5 star doctor. His team of physical therapy are the best in San Antonio I have ever experienced. My isssue and the review reflects my frustration is with their office staff. Laura came to me while I was in the middle of my PT asking questions about my insurance coverage. My insurance was on and current as it always is. The best clinic in San Antonio. I was recommended Dr Velas office after a bad experience over in Alamo Ranch. The Doctors and staff are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I did not have terrible wait times at my appointments like other locations do. I have had such a wonderful experience throughout my pregnancy and would highly recommend.
I love the atmosphere here. From the front desk staff to the back staff and doctors. Very knowledge and helpful, they’ll get straight to your needs. I’ll definitely recommend to family and friends.
