Dr Merchant is a wonder doctor. Takes time with you and lets you ask questions. I had PT elsewhere in the city and it was terrible. Dr Mechant asked me to trust him and his PT team, he told me they were the best in the city. So with reluctance I went to PT. It had been life changing for me and my back. Am so grateful to his team of therapist and all the work they do for us. Just give them a chance.
I saw Dr Merchant and he is a 5 star doctor. His team of physical therapy are the best in San Antonio I have ever experienced. My isssue and the review reflects my frustration is with their office staff. Laura came to me while I was in the middle of my PT asking questions about my insurance coverage. My insurance was on and current as it always is.
