Commstar is great, and i love margie's fantastic customer service.
I have been banking at Commstar for the last 15 years. The staff is always helpful and courteous, the branch locations make easy access if I should ever need to use one, and if I have ever had an issue with my accounts or customer service the staff and managers have all quickly responded and resolved the issues quickly. Went to the one on leavitt to deposit money in my fiance's account. Got there at 1:15 so the drive thru should be open till 1:30 since according to the website the inside closes at 1:00. Sat there for a second while the teller looks at me like I'm stupid or something. Puts her head set on and says they're closed. No sign saying they're closed. She says they close at 12:30 and drive thru at 1:00. Well you should really update your website hours then so they're accurate since it says they close at 1:00.
Horrible customer service. Do not recommend this place.
