They could return calls and emails.We had a system installed a couple of years ago - very expensive...we have had some trouble with it along the way and have not gotten any response from this company. Was not installed correctly and kept shorting out so we had to get an extra out installed...recently had water tested again to learn system is not working to remove radon. Tried in vain to call and email...no response.
Roger no longer owns this business. Call your local Well guy to service your system. Nothing but problems since the new owner serviced my system. Run
Not returning phone calls, looking elsewhere for help with water problems that have happened since Commonwealth last serviced us.
One of the best decisions I ever made was to call Commonwealth. Have had a water treatment system for over 10 years now.
