As a principal broker, I work with a lot of closing companies. I didn't have a great experience with this title company. They seem to be the typical title agency. The service was ok and did things last minute which I didn't appreciate. They charged the same as if they were attorneys. They never tried to make things smoother after a couple of hiccups during the process. I don't think I would like to work with them again.
